I'm sorry to go off the subject a little, but I was watching Angel today. Spike and Angel walk into a conference room and there's this guy sitting there.

He stands up walks over and hugs Spike. He then proceeds to shout "Sike! Spike, it's really you! Just like Gandalf the White was ressurected after he slew the Balrogg, more beautiful then ever! He Lives! Frodo, Frodo, he lives; he lives!"

I thought I would share that with all of you. Welcome again Gandalf.

Wow, that was confusing, and yes, Magus, that is getting slightly off-topic, and you spelled "Balrogg" wrong! It's B-A-L-R-O-G! And another thing *Collapses in front of computer screen, manages to type these remaining words before passing out*

Yah, me too. Hence the "Wow, that was confusing." And I do believe the topic was called "HELLO," but let's not get back into that. I'm still recovering from my last faint.

BREAKING NEWS

For anyone who's interested; I just discovered that Nix is writing another book in the Abhorsen Trilogy! So it won't be a trilogy for long. Anyway, the book's called "The Creature in the Case." Apparently, it takes place after Abhorsen, and focuses on the story of Nicholas, after the binding of the destroyer. I'm current;y searching for a suitable website with more information than I have currently. I thought he had finished with The Old Kingdom series!

I just found out that he's releasing a whole collections of short stories called: ACROSS THE WALL: TALES OF THE OLD KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE which is going to be released in August sometime. I can't wait!

ok, im just in here to echo the general concensus that THE ABHORSEN TRILOGY ROCKS!!!!! sabriel's my favorite, has anybody read abhorsen? ive been meaning to but i need to get through my book report book and interview w/ the vampire, and the princess bride, not to mention the return of the king, and about a zillion other books, so anybody wanna summarize? please and thank you :)

Abhorsen was AWESOME! I don't think I should summarize it though, it might give a bit too much away. I'll just say this: Lirael+Dog vs. Hedge deep in death, a beloved character dies, Mogget is awesome in this one, and a devastating prologue. (Nix didn't want to pre-release the prologue as it was a major spoiler) Read it!
