Posted By: Eleika Oct 10, 2003 - 06:21 pm | | Hi all, just thought I'd put this out here. I don't know if they got my email address from here or one of the other few websites I hang out at (but given the subject and links, only this and one other site are likely candidates). Anyway, I received the following spam email: * * * From: KinkJarfld@aol.com To: undisclosed-recipients:; Subject: SPECULATIVE FICTION . COM Date: Fri, 10 Oct 2003 13:25:29 EDT Hi group, Has anyone heard of or read this novel? I ordered a copy through my library. It is a great read about time travel, the Salem witch trials, and a future devastated by biological weapons. [edit. Bmat] BARNES AND NOBLE [link edit. Bmat] * * * This book has the look of vanity publishing, so its quality is questionable at best anyway, but I just thought that I'd put this out here, both to ask if anyone else here has been spammed by this person and to warn you about it in case you're next.
