Lately I have found myself drawn to 3 books by one S.P. Somtow. He has several characters in the story, which in my opinion is a good thing, and he expresses all their thoughts and emotions by switching from one character's point of veiw to the next. The three books in the River-run triology are River-run, Armorica, and Yestern. They are about a young boy, Theo, going to a Laetrile clinic in mexico. Theo gets kidnapped into a seperate universe, and so is his brother Josh. His parents and a girl Named Serina Somers, and a Navejo nadle named Milt Stone follow in and battle against the two darkling siblings Thorn and Katastrofa, with the aide of the oungest sibling, Ash. I suggest you check it out because these truly are great books.
