Scorpius seems to be more in over his head than usual. In the beggining Scorpy had other troubles, like capturing the levaithon and getting into Jon Critons head. These days however, are even more stressful for him. Now he has to worry not about wormholes or the PK high command breathing down his back, but surviving and getting even with Jon. Before we may have thought he was dead, but now we know he is even scarcely alive. I don't know how much longer he can go on, but I can say this: Due to his current position, it would be wise of him to consider an alliance with Jon Criton, and his companions. Scorpius poses great potential for the future, let's hope the writers don't let us down.

This is Captain Tarruman signing out!

My prediction--Scorpy will ally with the Scarrans, or possibly the Nebari. Note: I've been wrong in all my predictions about Farscape.

:)

Zim looks into his crystal ball.

What I foresee is this; Many changes lay ahead.
Scorpius, if alive, joins in alliance with Commander Crichton and crew aboard Moya when it becomes clear that the Scarrans are without horor and have no real plan to make peace with the PK and their lap-dog allies the Luxans.
They will work together on the wormhole weapon in the hope to overcome the numerical advantage that the Scarrans currently enjoy. Where their allegiance lays or if they will fight as mercenaries, alone against all odds, remains to be seen. Furlow is still the wild card.
Much more adventure awaits us.

Only one thing is certain. Kemper much like JMS with Babylon will lead us by the nose in one direction and just when we think the truth is at hand...he will boot us headfirst down the rabbit hole where anything is possible.
That's one reason I love Farscape.

Or, alternatively, nothing at all will happen, because the SciFi Channel will decide that we would all rather see 27 episodes of the Twilight Zone on Friday nights instead of one episode of Farscape.

Sheesh.

LoL IZ! I was also disappointed with that scheduling snafu. They must have figures that the 4th of July weekend was not a good time to show new eps. In a way I dont blame them, but then again...I SAT DOWN TO WATCH IT! Grrr

Here's my take for what it's worth.
I've read elsewhere that T-Zone gets good ratings so USA Networks & the SFC figure two things:
1) A lot of viewers will be away from home over the 4 day (for some) long weekend and the next episode will feature the return of Aeryn in some fashion. They know their loyal fan base after surviving a 7 month hiatus will do 2 weeks standing on their heads waiting to find out what's up with Aeryn and...
2) It's a cheap way to maintain decent ratings over an otherwise slow Friday night as they have already bought and paid for those TZ ep.'s.
Same old, same old story...bucks vs ah shucks.

But back to ol' Scorpy:

First of all, he's gotta get a new source of cooling rods for his head; we've seen that he gets sloppy and drools when the plutonium overheats. From what we know about his backstory, he's one of those Ultimate Survivor types, and he'll do whatever is necessary to 1) keep alive, and 2) extract his revenge. He's been honked off at the Scarrans forever, but I suspect that he's not too pleased with the local Peacekeeper contingent these days either.

Crichton has been a puzzle and a tool for him, not really an adversary (from his POV), and also one heck of a survivor, so it would seem likely that he'd try to enlist the help of our merry band. Alliances mean nothing to Scorpius except that which advances his agenda ...

The question, though, is what would convince Crichton and the others to ally with him? How stupid would they have to be?? (um, don't answer that)

I imagine that Rygel and maybe even Chiana might be able to be convinced that there was some benefit to be had; Sikozu and Maranta (?still haven't got those newbies' names down yet) don't have much experience with him; and then, D'argo WAS willing to deal with him in the past, expecting little, but offering some degree of 'trust'; and we all know that Crichton will **Have A Plan**, and has a soft spot in his head for the down-trodden. Aeryn's the wild card, but is I guess going to be a bit distracted for awhile.

My bet, then: Scorpy's going to be travelling with the crew soon, if they can figure a way to get him unshot, brain-cooled, out of the grave, and off that planet

I can definately see Scorpy being put into the cage on Moya for some duration. Im sure that Chiana would be taunting him from time to time and Dargo making his obvious thtreats of death if scorpy frells around with them.

Didnt I see a preview of the next episode with areyn practically saying that she lost the baby? Hmmmm

Yes...this is going to be an intersting season.
