Has anyone seeen this series?
A witty combination of dark fantasy and teen
angst. This show is a witty action-pack ride and one of the most intelligent shows on t.v!

I LOVE THIS SHOW BUT WHERE DID THE "SCOOBY" NAME COME UP. DO YOU THINK WILLOW IS A BIT TO GOODY, GOODY, FOR THE SHOW? OTHERWISE GOOD SHOW.....OLIVIA..

"Scooby Gang" is a direct reference to Scooby Doo cartoons. Surely you know who Scooby Doo is?

I like Willow. She's a nice counterpoint to the high energy of Buffy, and is basically the "brains" of the group (Buffy being the brawn, and Zander being...well, Zander ). I do admit that I loved the "evil Willow" episodes though!

I recently got into this show. I was just curious if anyone here has been watching it since it moved to UPN. They are showing the old seasons on FX at 6pm (central). It really is a great show despite the horrible title. I know it can get a little cheesey every now and then, but the dialogue and characters are great.

I can't beleive Buffy died twice though... if she ever dies again I'm not watching it anymore... :)

Arrrrgh! Wiloe needs a spanking and to get her ass kicked!

Tara should leave her ass when she finds out that Wiloe used magic to make her forget they were fighting. Shame on Wiloe!

OOOOOH, she didn't, did she? I can't believe it. I haven't watched religiously over the last couple years but I've caught an ep. here and there and Willow really has been doing some unethical things lately, including the Season Premiere for starters, and the Buffybot was just too creepy.

So Pre-Season rumors said that Willow was gonna turn bad (ala Faith I imagine), ya think they're settin' that up Azziz?

I watch Buffy religiously, but I couldn't watch last night because they preempted for basketball. I have to wait til Friday , and I think I just got a spoiler, ack!

Willow's resurrection of Buffy was a dark magic and it is corrupting her--that was what the scene with Giles in the kitchen was all about last week. Did you notice how Willow suddenly threatened him?

I think it's cool the way Spike has become Buffy's confidant. Oddly, he's the only one she can trust not to tell the others that she was happier dead!

I've been catching some of the repeats on FX, but I don't always. Its kind of weird watching them. I know its been 5 years, but they were all so young and the story has changed a lot. Its become more of a "continuing story", but in the beginning it was all self contained episodes. Its almost like watching a different show.

My roommate reads a column on E!online where she finds out where TV shows are going for this season. She found out that Willow is in fact going to turn evil. That fight with her and Giles in the second episode (I think it was) about the dark magic was pretty intense. I've been watching the old episodes on FX and I love Willow in those. Since I am a recent Buffy-addict I really don't know more than what my roommate has told me and what I have seen in the old episodes. Buffy has done the characters switching sides thing before (Spike) so I hope this is done well and does not make the show lose anything. I really wish I would have seen last season... but were there any clues last year that Willow was going to turn evil or was she the same Willow I've seen on FX (except a lesbien)?

I don't recally off hand where the FX repeats are in the series, but Willow's always been good (except for a couple of "other universe" eps that had a bad Willow--she was cool!). As her magic powers have grown, there was always that "but don't use black magic" thing hanging out there, and last season she exhibited some fairly remarkable (but not evil) powers. This is a new direction for her, and probably will be a major part of the storyline this season. Whedon is keeping the arc pretty secret though, so its hard to tell.

Can't wait for next weeks musical ep. Be sure you watch/tape it the first time if you want to see the whole thing (see newswire).

Be sure to watch the origional airing of the musical and not the repeat. There will be a extra 8 minutes for the origional airing, but not any rebroadcasts.

And Master, sorry about the spoilers. I wasn't thinking.

Saw the episode last night where Willow gets a bit miffed with Warren and his cronies, don't know the name of the episode, so won't say too much as not to spoil those who may not have seen it yet, but I was really amazed at the direction the show has taken. I haven't seen much of this season myself, but have followed the basic storyline through the boards.

I saw it last night. I was surprised at where Willow is now. I wonder what comes next?

I keep wondering when Amber Benson will be back on the show. I miss her. :(

Boy Buffy sure has gotten dark and dramatic over the last season and a half or so. I'm enjoying what I get an opportunity to see, although I only catch every 3 or 4 weeks generally, so a little lost.

Where did the emergency bag come from?

What about Amber Benson (As questioned by Azziz above). They said she would be coming back this season, but not as Tara. She hasn't come back yet has she? Not many episodes left are there?

What about Anya? She became human many seasons ago, than I thought she got her powers back last season when Willow went Wicci, and now she's got Spike protecting her because she's human again?
