Hi everyone!
I'm trying to find the name of an older (late 70's? 80'S?) made for TV movie that was never finished. The first segment ran, and then there were to be 1 or 2 more parts which never came out. All I can remember is that the central character (a prince?)had a weapon called a "Heartbow/Hartbow". There were the usual mix of nasty creatures, magic spells, pretty sorceress etc...
There was also a crow/raven that figured prominently in it.
Does anyone remember what this film was called?

I'm not sure, but the the name "The Archer of the Last Empire" rings a bell.

Yes! Finally, a clue! This must be it! I remember a teaser that said "This summer there will be five movies!" The commercial showed a lot of heroes doing their thing, taming animals, firing arrows, and so on. Later I thought it was Beastmaster they must have been talking about. It was about the same time that the animated Return of the King was on TV and the record album was in stores.
