There's a great site called The Captain James T. Kirk Singalong Page. It features music from Nichelle Nichols, Brent Spiner, Leonard Nimoy, and, of course, William Shatner. All you need is RealAudio G2 to listen to these "Classics".
It got me thinking, why not create a Star Trek album? It could feature Nichol's tribute to Gene Roddenbury, Spiner's lounge music, Nimoy's uninspired vocals, and Shatner's infamous Mr.Tambourine Man.
Even if it wasn't a musical landmark, it would certainly have comedic value.

I've just heard that singer Ben Folds has a new album called "Fear of Pop".

In it, William Shatner sings the song "In Love".

I heard a few bars of it on CNN, and believe me, he hasn't gotten any better.

I can't believe Ben Folds would stoop that low! Somehow, I think this is another sign that the world is coming to an end...
