Relaunch 2 by Dark Knight on Sat Jan 24, 2009 3:36 pm
Now back, this blog, that no one reads, will NOT cover the old stuff that people lost interest in, it will post different stuff, that no one will read anyway.

Now coming to you from my secret bunk hidden somewhere, that I am not tell you, mind you I could tell you, since no one will read this, no one would know anyway.

Well while I am talking to myself I better tell you I change the colour scheme, it now back to black, the old look of the first blog.

“Isn’t that someone over there?” said the guard.

“No, that’s a statue, no one knows I have come back to the tower”

“you said that out loud” said the guard.

“what does that matter no one heard it”

“It’s here on the script now, it will appear on screen, on the site” the guard pointed out.

“no one goes there”

“good point carry on” said the guard.

Where was I?

Oh yea, However why start again, when no one will read it? Well I don’t know, maybe only God knows the answer to that question. I do note that I had saved the first post aft...

Ode To Aldan by Ariel on Mon Aug 25, 2008 7:50 pm
Image

Today we learned of the passing of our dear friend Aldan.

Here I will say goodbye and thank you for the time we had together here Scott. Time passes so quickly doesn't it? It doesn't seem all that long ago when I first came here and you made me laugh and impressed me with your wisdom and compassion. I know that now you are in a better place. I picture you beneath a tall tree, sitting in the grass, wind in your hair and writing poetry. You are at peace and smiling.

Another Chapter In My Life by Ariel on Tue Aug 26, 2008 2:33 pm

September 5th, my husband and I lose our jobs. The company had told us we would work a few weeks into September so we wern't expecting to leave so soon. Everyone was so disappointed. We all thought we had more time to save some money before the plant closed its doors. :( So ends another chapter in my life.

They say when one door closes another opens. I am fearful of what the other door may lead to. Will the new place have affordable medical coverage? Will the wages be low? Will the people be decent? I guess we'll find out soon enough. Sigh...

You don't want that. I just coughed on it. by Qray on Wed Nov 02, 2011 12:24 am
I am sick.

Q, you've always been sick.

Yeah, but this isn't the normal handcuffs and whipped creme variety. This is the coughing, stuffy nose, and sore throat kind.

The coughing is what's rather worrying as I've never coughed this bad. I cough for such a long period of time that I have trouble simply breathing afterwards and both my chest my head hurts.

In short, it sucks.

I don't have any health insurance, so I haven't gone to the doctor, but Dagny has and she's just as sick. Her doctor gave her codeine syrup, steroids, antibiotics, and something else.

So...yeah. To review, it sucks.

RIP Bobby by Bmat on Thu Sep 04, 2014 7:21 am
We got Bobby from a Pennsylvania animal adoption organization. Our son picked up Bobby and his cage mate, Buddy, for us, and we drove up to his house to pick up the 6 month old kittens. Bobby had been found in a parking lot and taken to the shelter. Bobby was a charcoal colored Manx. He was a frightened cat all of his 4 years of life. He and I bonded, and I was the only one he would come to. When extended family troubles took me away from home frequently, the wetting outside the litter box started. We had a number of tests run, and no physical cause could be found. We tried two kinds of calming medications, but gave up on the second because Bobby could not be caught to give it to him. The wetting got worse. I bought a pheromone collar, but the second day he had it on, it got caught in his mouth and cut him, so we took him immediately over to the vet. The vet treated him for cuts, and I brought up about the wetting all over the house. The vet had previously said that this would be reasonable...
