Jon shrugged, “It’d be fun though.”
Todd nodded in agreement, “It’s just not worth it though.”
The two walked down the long hall between stores, stopping here and there to look at a window display or to enter a store and get a closer look at a certain item. They really didn’t come to the mall to shop, it was more of just something to do during an otherwise boring day.
“So, eight tomorrow,” Todd asked casually as they walked past a group of girls who kept glancing at him coyly.
“Sounds good to me,” Jon replied, checking them out and giving Todd a questioning look.
“Alright then, I’ll see you then huh?” Todd turned back towards the girls and Jon stopped to watch.
“You ladies look lost, can I help you out,” Todd asked, walking up to the girls and stopping next to them.
The closest girl nodded, “Yeah, can you like show us where the bathrooms are?”
“Sure,” Todd said, grabbing her hand and directing her in the direction of the bathrooms, the other girls giggling and following along behind.
Jon just shook his head and continued his walk down towards the end of the mall. Barnes and Noble was calling his name.
