Re: Some more of my work.Wow, I could so use your someone of your talent at my new home. The house is 100 years old and in desperate need to closets! You do commissions?
Re: Some more of my work.I would like the bookcase with a matching entertainment center.

Re: Some more of my work.I had the same problem with my house, Starfire. It's 120 years old and only one of the bedrooms had a closet when I bought it. While I'm a big fan on armoires, for resale you can't list a room as a bedroom unless it has a closet.
I don't charge friends, so all you'd have to do is pay for materials. However, I think the commute would be a killer. Talon, the client has over 12,000 books. So they can use the additional shelving. After seeing the bookcase, they're already talking about having me build an Entertainment Center for the other side of the Fireplace. Probably next year. It's always nice when a client lieksthe work you do for them. I'm going to die the way I've lived...poor, screaming, and naked.
Re: Some more of my work.Well return business is good business in my world.
In theory how hard would it be to transport to northern KY? Just in theory. I am the poet of the body and I am the poet of the Soul. The pleasures of heaven are with me and the pains of hell are with me. The first I graft and increase upon myself, the latter I translate into a new tongue.

Re: Some more of my work.
Both my day job and side work is all word-of-mouth or return business. We spend nothing on advertising. We get all our work on a combination of pricing, quality, and service. Our customer satisfaction rate is over 95%.
Using my current shipping company, it would cost $450.00-500.00 to ship the bookcase shown to Frankfort. It'd be cheaper if I drove it there myself. I'm currently checking out a new shipping company that claims a comparable shipment would be in the $200.00 to $250.00 range. I'm going to die the way I've lived...poor, screaming, and naked.
Re: Some more of my work.Wonderful work, Q. You are very talented.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not sure.
Re: Some more of my work. That's some fine looking craftsmanship.
