I think we have no right to decide if homosexuals can't marry. It is none of our business what they do with who and of which gender. I say that discussion about the mindset of a different group of people and saying whether it is right or wrong is immoral. It's completely up to them to decide, not up...

I need help on how to improve my writing, but I don't want an author whose 52 books have all been international best sellers. I couldn't care less about him.

The most idiotic thing anyone could do is to look at how an established writer does it and try to emulate that. So forget all that nonsense that Cleasterwood and Magus are babbeling on about. Who cares how Stephen King does it? The only thing that matters to you is how you do it!

"Do what works for you" is great advice. How do you know what works for you?? You need to try different things. If you get burnt out with the way you've been doing it, try stopping and doing background, or perhaps you can write about a totally different part of your story. Maybe you can sit and plo...

You should write the way you like best. You can't emulate another writer, you have to be yourself. I'd say that if indeed you run out of steam, stop writing and start the background. Writing is a process of conception, revision, revision, more revision etc. So if you get stuck with just going straig...

What are you talking about? I LOVE the rain.

When it rains I get all excited (really, ask my girlfriend  ) and energetic. I just want to get up and run outside to run around in the rain.

Actually, I'd say that ignoring genre's altogether might be just as good a way, if not better then blending genre's.

Unearthed Arcana is so ridiculously unbalanced and overpowered it's not even worth mentioning it around the table in my group. Seriously, we've all collectively decided that if we took to those rules the game would spiral out of control, because it basically allows you to do anything the core rulebo...

Like druids, who can only be neutral, Paladins can only be lawful good. It's inherit in the meaning of their name. Their abilities are geared towards these alignments. Why would an evil Paladin use either smite evil or detect evil? An evil paladin should be named Blackguard, like the Prestige Class,...
