I thought the movie was AMAZING! Peter Jackson did a great job. I never got into Kong either, but the trailor looked so good I got goosebumps, so I knew I had to see it. I couldn't help but wish that Jack Blacks character would've been smashed by Kong! And I loved how Naomi Watt's character was lite...

I saw it this weekend. I read the books when I was a kid and loved it, I am happy that they made the movie and yes I do believe(from what I can remember) that it's pretty close to the book.
Got me totally interested in reading the series....

Mists of Avalon-

I hate to say it, but I had to put it down..... I got into it a bit, but then I came to the conclusion that, 'you know what? I think I'm bored.'(this is over 200pgs into it-its over 800....), so since I have a WHOLE library full of other books I could read, I decide to let it rest a minute. Gee, I s...

I've seen one! It was so remarkable for me, that finally saw my first UFO, that it brought tears to my eyes. :smt104 Like I've said, my biggest fear as a child was waking up to find those huge black eyes staring down at me and then being paralyzed where I could run or scream, and so knowing that the...

Man, I love Christmas time so much! Christmas music the smells and all! I just got into different artists' Christmas albums in the last couple of years-that always helps with the stuff getting too redundant. I just learned my FIRST Christmas song this month....Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer. :re...

Hey that's kind of funny, Aldan. Actually the thought that came to mind when I saw that emoticon was: Catching the bird flu. But, hopefully I won't get it if I DO 'gooble up the turkey'. I don't really like Thanksgiving food anymore. Turkey is always dry and the stuffing has liver in it! I'd settle ...

Magnus, Talon, You guys are funny...

As a Lady , I enjoyed it. It made me awe and want to sigh, and then when it was only a 'dream girl', I felt indignant that Dark2dalc couldn't have her! Nooo! Have heart Darkie!
Words like that could tame a tempest's heart. :smt084

Very Good. Sad. But Good. SO, in my analysis, is the writer and the 'character' the same person? For me it is like they clash together, there is some play on words that they are the same person. Maybe the writer is the character writing in his journal. I guess I see that cuz' the end of the poem is ...

I just started reading it last week, and I am getting into it.
It is different from Harry Potter, where I just came from Hogwarts, but it is pretty good so far.
