She was more than capable of defending herself, and had traveled a little in her time... but she was still new to the world, and had lived a greatly sheltered life. Distrust did not come easily to her, nor was discretion. "My name is C...

But I still wonder why the former IRS commissioner (I can't remember his name right now, but it was in the movie), who was interviewed by Russo, could not answer his question about the income tax straight forward. Either A) he was stupid, or B) the director used creative editing techniques, ala Mic...

Yes, Neurolanis, can you cite the case, because the majority of the cases I cited called the argument "legally frivolous." The last amendment passed was the 27th, in 1992, which states No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an ...

Having no income of which to speak, I do not pay income taxes. But, anyway, I keep hearing people bring up this conspiracy theory about the 16th Amendment, and it really is baseless (or, at any rate, nobody's yet been able to prove anything to the contrary). The fifth Article to the United St...

So how do you like the revised edition, Ariel, if you would have changed nothing yourself? Do you prefer the original over it? Of course, the ironic thing is that Doctor Zona's coming out with a collection of poetry sometime this year, which I have every intention of buying. So, really, I'll be buyi...
