Well, there is certainly something called ecoterrorism... blowing up dams and such. I would consider that to be the extremist version of environmentalism.

Okay guys I have a problem with my flying rodents...

Do you think it's wise to have fur over the wing membranes? this is becos, I want some of my flying rodents to be able to survive in the colder areas of my islands which have a mountain range. They have a special rete mirabile that helps with heat conservation in the wings but I just wanna to be safe.

Does this sound ok?

New Wing design. A mix of pterosaur, bat and bird. The only thing is that the feathers are actually stiff long hairs that act something like flight feathers.

Sure, just blame it on some mutant gene.

hmmm well may be since porcupines can grow spines... maybe my rodents can grow stiff "flight hairs".. I think these fellas can outpace birds. Since they are using a hybrid design between bats and birds, their disadvantages of each design might cancel each other!

After watching the Planet Earth documentary, I discovered that most conservationists tend to focus on charismatic species; Tigers, Elephants.etc

But in here, the new family of highly evolved rodents was discovered and under threat by humans. So conservationist have to save them from the clutches of poachers and ecoterrorists due to the dangerousness of these animals.

And as most of us know when we hear the word "rodent", we think of every negative word we can find in our dictionary.

if you are a conservationist, how would you change public opinion of these unique animals?
