Stephanie Meyer's Twilight series

Post by dragon13writer »

I've just started reading twilight and I'm a little over half way through it. I've hard a hard time putting it down. It's been a long time since I've gotten stuck in a book. So far the writings been beautiful but at 277 pages still the only conflict is their romance and what the world around them would think. I'm looking forward to some danger.

What do you think of this story? Do you think it'll make a good movie? Because it comes out in december. I'm looking forward to it. But I'll have to finish the book first.
So many books, so little time.

I haven't heard of the series.

That seems pretty far into the story for not much to have happened?

My thoughts exactly but it's still a fun story. And it's 498 total pages but it's a young adult novel and has a lot of space between the lines.

If you are enjoying it that is what matters. Perhaps a movie, since movies have to cut out a lot from books anyway, would take care of the problem. :)

I'm reading New Moon now, the second one. It is written well but I'm not used to reading fiction that has so little action. The story itself more closely resembles a Mills and Boon than any fantasy.
