Well, Web Comics is developing into "The Thing" for comic book artists (especially the unknown artists) to express themselves, and I was wondering what everyone's favorite Web Comics are.
As for me, I enjoy U.S. and Canadian artists who do anime/manga influenced work because it's very unique, such as these:
Any comic at Svetlana Chmakova's website at http://www.svetlania.com/ (Dramacon, Night Silver, Svetlania Wheneverly, Chasing Rainbows)

My favorite Webcomic, without doubt, is 8-bit Theater.

After a certain high level of technical skill is achieved, science and art tend to coalesce in esthetics, plasticity, and form. The greatest scientists are always artists as well.

I love video games, so my homepage is set to Gucomics. They're not storyline comics, but many of them are hillarious. My favourite had to be the Hello Kitty MMO comic.
Kitty: Argh, we were owning that quest until your green ass showed up
Frog: STFU you noob
ahahaha

I enjoy the toons over at Penny Arcade. Video-game related. Good blog over there, too.

I also enjoy the comics at Fruitsnake.com, but unfortunately they're infrequent.

And of course Homestar Runner is a fantastic site. Just amazing what they do with Flash over there. Creative, funny, and updated almost every Monday.

I got so much into webcomics, I wrote a term paper on it. It's still on the web, and if anyone's interested, I'll gladly send them a link.
In fact, I got so much into it, I started one of my own.
Currently, I interview fantasy webcomic artists for Enchanted Visions, so I have a huge list of comics I enjoy. So I'll limit it to my absolute favorites ...
Scandal Sheet! - Tabloids and vampires, like you've never seen them before.
The Gods of Arr-Kelaan - All hail Ronson, God of Apathy (and Alcohol).
The Dementia of Magic - "Dementia" only begins to describe it.
Grand Blue Door - Magic and mystery at the turn of the last century.
Catharsis - Inanity at its finest.
Earthsong - The origins of fantasy.
P.O. Bocks - Evil hampsters that sing opera ... and try to take over the world.
9th Elsewhere - Dreamy. Awesome.
Angel Moxie - Magic, Monsters, and Junior High.
Other, not-really-fantasy comics that I enjoy:
Carzorthade - What happens when a teenager's Internet personas come to life.
Two Lumps - A tale of two kitties.
And of course, Something Positive - Black humor at its blackest.
