Paranormal

"What would happen if...?" has always been a staple of Science Fiction. What do you wonder about?

I'm afraid I don't have the pic. It has been several years since I have seen Jeff, but next time I'm back at my home county I can look him up.

He did tell me of one other experience he had with this entity now living at his parent's house. This too happened in the basement, since I guess that place was enclosed and otherwise unfurnished. The steps leading up into the house were just boards, your typical basement steps which are left open. Jeff had just turned off the basement lights and was heading towards the steps, illuminated by the upstairs light. As he approached the steps he saw a pair of red eyes staring at him from beneathe/behind the steps.

He said he stood there for a few minutes, before he just took off running up the stairs. He swore to me that as he was climbing the stairs a hand reached out to grab him but he was quick. I think adrenaline will do that. Of course he never had any proof to show me on this experience, but in light of the picture and duct work I really had no reason to dismiss his story.

My next story is from a girl friend of mine from college... stay tuned.

I remember all these fascinating stories because I'm so interested in the experiences. I haven't really had any first hand paranormal experiences myself, though I would love to go haunted house hunting some day.

This story involves Point Lookout, which is in Maryland. Point Lookout is currently a park, with a lighthouse, but was once a resort a few hundred years ago. During the civil war the resort housed union troops and became a hospital, which is where the hauntings originated.

Currently there are tours of the area, especially on Halloween. My friend, Tiffainy, went on Halloween with her boyfriend. She claimed that during the tour she experienced a paranormal incident.

There is this path which leads up to the lighthouse. This path runs alongside woods, with the other side of the path opening up to a grassy field. Tiffainy and her boyfriend were lagging behind the group. It was here that she saw a union soldier call out and run into the woods, crossing the path in front of her. She ran into the woods after him, but did not find him. She later asked the tour guide about the union soldier and the tour guide simply remarked, "Oh him, he does that all the time." Apparently this ghostly apparition repeats his dash into the woods as if stuck in a loop.

Spiderkeg it would be interesting if they kept records of
what time of year and day It happened to see if they could
anticipate it happenning, if its as common as they led them
to believe.

Thanks

Thanks Ariel I hope you get a chance to read it at some point.
My Friend is co-owner in a Acupuncture School which the two
of them started and He highly recommends it as well (to me too).
The Doctor wrote it as a text book even though I've read
for at least 30 years on these subjects I'm still learning quite
a bit of new additional info. So its easy enough for beginners
to understand and has lots of new research for us long timers
to make it worth while. It covers a good variety of different
but relate-able subject matter to get you really excited about
these remarkable breakthroughs. Thanks for taking the time and
interest to check into it a bit. :smt026 :smt006

It is difficult to pick out a genuine orb from a photo. At a paranormal conference, there was a woman who related a story about an orb being caught on a surveilance camera. Would've loved to have seen that video! It was moving!

I love paranormal stories. We used to tell them in school, right in the middle of class. Nova Scotia is well known for its ghost stories especially. I have a special interest in fairy stories, but there are none around here.
