That almost sounds like something from a Marx Brothers movie, but I have no idea which one, if it's from a Marx Brothers movie.

OK, I thought maybe it was a Mel Brooks, but no. So I cheated and looked it up on IMDb. Pim, I've never seen that movie, or heard of it, but clearly I should make an effort to find it and watch it. :)

Not only do the quotes not ring a bell, (Except for guessing it was from some Marx Brothers movie), but it doesn't even tug on the rope. I have no idea.

A tough one to guess. Unless your into Chaplin.

The Dictator.
I'm going to die the way I've lived...poor, screaming, and naked.

Now, that is tough! I mean, it's a silent film, so that means that the quotes from it are all from the subtitles, and while things heard can usually be remembered by the listener, lines that have been put up on the screen in a slapstick comedy often aren't as memorable as the actual scenes, since the humor is mostly done in a very physical fashion.

Q is incorrect!
the film was...
"the Great Dictator" by Charley Chaplin
"the dictator" was the working title.

Q:
pim: why are you banging you head against that wall.

the prize, this microphone that you can use to tell everyone just how schtonk freedom of speech is and this globe of the world for dancing.
and the next quote.

Cut to Q dancing around with the globe, shrieking, "The world is mine! The world is mine!"

With my luck it'd end up falling on my head and I'd look like a frickin Jack-n-the-Box.

For your movie quoting amusement...

Let's go out dancing. You put on your black dress and I'll go shave my tongue.
