I would suggest reviewing ICANN's policy on registration transfers between Registrars before you talk to them. Entities like GoDaddy and Tucows have company policies which will lock an account for 45 or 60 days if certain changes are made. These policies often conflict with ICANN's policies. If you can quote the ICANN regs, these "restrictions" usually disappear.

As a last resort, you can always file a complaint with ICANN.

Thanks for your help also, Qray, but I believe the problem is solved. Tucows just emailed me saying that they have received the transfer request and if I don't respond that I do not want the transfer to occur, the transfer will occur on Monday.

So, phew, I believe the ordeal is finally over...

All I'll have to once I have my domain back is figure out how to use it. :roll:
