I found several in my files on the other computer, but not the one that I was looking for. I remember I wrote this one down specifically. It's right at the beginning of Shadows of Amn, so I might just play it long enough to get the quote, for it is awesome. Also, my quote archives seem to have, well, shrunk.

I found it in a word document my sister showed me of collected quotes. I have it written down somewhere, along with who said it. But I didn't feel like searching through my lists to find it. Besides, it's some obscure politician that I don't think many people have heard of before.
