LOL! I attended a dog show that had two do exactly this. They looked like mops on the floor and wouldn't walk around, just flattened out.

What a cute pup! Do you say she was just 7 months old at that time? Just wow. This video reminds me of my dad's dog Cooper, he is small-framed pooch, but I suppose some of his ancestors were German shepherds. He's friendly and fluffy just like the dog on video, but he's gets constantly infested by fleas.
