I have difficulties to communicate with other free code camper.
I think discussing with other free code camper can improve my tech skill.

Using the language is a good idea to help learn it. Speak in English with others, get some recordings of English language lessons, attend English language classes. It is much easier to learn a language if you are using it. Perhaps watch programs on television that are spoken in English and have captions (translations on screen) in your language. Maybe get a book on learning English. They are not good for technical English necessarily though.
