Hmm. Well its up to you whether or not to include the "mirror" ability. If its used, if a Reaper makes a duplicate of himself, it won't be able to act for more than a couple of seconds, but he can use to overwhelm his enemy. Say he knowcks them back, he'll use a copy to wait for them in another spot, knock them somewhere else where the Reaper waits, and so on and so on.
The main thing is the sharing a soul with a familiar, though. I also want to note that there are notable personality differences depending on what "mode" the souls are in.
If the Reaper is in normal state (he has the primal half), he won't talk very often, and will likely just be a "silent monster" type of personality. Fearsome but silent. The familiar (having the logical half) will be the talkative one, and also very intelligent.
However. If the full soul is transferred into the familiar, the Reaper (having no soul) will not talk at all, nor show any emotion in general. The familiar (having both halves) will lose his calm, detached attitude and act a bit more reckless, but still with the same intellligence.
So it shall be written, and so it shall be done.
