So would this be what you considered Reejo's liberal use of magic?

C'mon guys, be inventive in your threats. If you threaten them with force they'll respond with force.

Seriously...I've tried superstition and now I'm trying general common sense.

You can't threaten anyone with anything other than death, pain, force, or curses...and we've covered almost all of them already.

In any case we've escalated into a fight now.

They're not superstitious, lets face it if they're camped near a forest filled with zombies and monsters they can't be. The scarlet drakes don't hold much sway over them since the heard about their downfall. If Shinya had threatened them with his status they couldn't have cared less since no-one's ever heard of the Shin-ryu ninja, they're that damn good. Plus as far as they were concerned with the exception of Reejo they had the upper hand in terms of force, so threatening to pound on them would have seemed pretty comical to them.

Yep...glowing eyes and freaky experiments don't exactly mean strength..just kind of creepy.

However, the giant red dragon that's starting to appear....

I just prefer characters who are vulnerable and not immortal killing machines. The fact that he can be badly injured by a nameless cannon fodder henchman makes him that bit more human. :P
