I recently bought the "Thinpack" box set for the anime series Rahxephon at Suncoast for $69.99 after I watched the series on G4. THIS SERIES ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!. I especially liked the mecha designs. Rahxephon as a series is studio Bones's masterpiece.

Rahxephon is the only series that comes close to kicking Evangelion's butt!! Even though several reviews from Animerica said that this series is nothing more than an Evangelion rip-off, this is not the case. Even though Rahxephon does have some Eva-ish moments, it is completly different from Evangelion.

And I like the music, especially the opening theme "Hemisphere" by Maaya Sakamoto

Yeah loved it. I liked how they utilized sound/song as a weapon. I prefer this over Eva since the main char isn't as emo and imo it has better character development.
