Yes, who is David Tennant anyway? I've never heard of him, is he just a series actor, or has he been in any movies?

The BBC are also going to continue their production of 9th Doctor products, regardless of Christopher Eccleston standing down.

I can't believe he took on the role, then decided he 'didn't want to be typecast'!

David Tennant is apparently in a BBC series called Casanova. He also will be playing Crouch, JR in the 4th Harry Potter movie coming out in Nov (HP and the Goblet of Fire).

Just have to remember this is Doctor Who, like the old, the new has somethings which are not logical

It does seem similar to another ep in the old Doctor Who......

Why am I not getting this show?

The only Dr. Who I was every really a fan of was Tom Baker.

Do you mean, not understanding it, or not having viewing access? I haven't seen the new season, since it's only been shown in Canada and overseas, but, if you mean, no viewing access, that's because it hasn't shown in The States yet.

Well it looks like David Tennant might also be leaving....

It seems they can't hold on to doctors....

I read that they might have guest doctors....is this the begining of the end for the new Doctor Who.....which has hardly even started.....

or is this a good idea..... :?:

one of the likely doctors maybe the female lead from

Xena....... Warrior Princess......

you know....

Lucy Lawless

so is this the end, or will the show carry on....

Actually, he decided he didn't want to be typecast, and told them he was only interested in 1 season. He didn't take the job and then change his mind. He took it with the understanding it was only one season.
