Does "Ghost Whisperer" count?

Yes it does.
To be technical, it would probably come down to whether ghosts can be considered science or fantasy. However, even if we conclude that it's fantasy, with shows like Buffy, Hercules, and Xena already on the list, we can accept some fantasy shows as a subgenre of science fiction.

I'm going to die the way I've lived...poor, screaming, and naked.

Whoo Hoo! A lot of scifi shows were really bad too. I can think of some like Roar (Heath Ledger) that were just awful. There are some shows I loved as a kid that were cartoons.
Black Star
Space Ghost
Herculoids
Thundar the barbarian
Then there were the bad like Heman.

Oh yeah,
I forgot Starblazers. Used to rush home everyday after school to watch it.
Last in Space was one I would watch over the summer along with the old Batman series. Never got it was suppose to be funny till I was much older.
How bout Dark Shadows. They used to run that during the day on Scifi. My parents, aunts and uncles used to live for it. I tried to watch it on Scifi. Just did not get it. Never saw Barnebus bite anyone ever. One season went from 1700's to groovy 60's. Guess you needed to watch from the beginning.

Definitely not SF or F, but it has so many references to SF stuff in it that it makes me laugh, is The Big Bang Theory ("rocks, paper, scissors, Spock" LOL!)

How bout The Tribe. I used to watch that a lot. It was about a bunch of kids living in a world with no adults and lots of stylish clothes.

I don't think Roar was fantasy. It was a historical drama set in Roman occupied Britain. There is some crossover appeal for the setting, but they are different genres storywise.
