Got a new pet. Don't freak out. It is a baby rat. It was supposed to be snake food for my niece's husband's snakes. He had a few and I saved one. LOL I have saved a few goldfish from him feeding his bigger fish with before. LOL He laughs.

She has a brown head and her body is mostly white with just a couple of small splashes of brown. She is very gentle, but poops a lot. EEEEW! I always get paper towels and place her on that so I can pet and hold her. Been calling her Mouse. LOL

No, I made my nieces husband's snake food into a pet. I don't have any snakes. LOL

Besides all my little fish, I have an aquatic African dwarf frog. So cute! Sometimes you'll see him with his legs splayed open and like he is suction cupped to the walls of the aquarium. Funny as hell! My nieces husband just gave me a few little ghost shrimps. Kinda creepy and cool at the same time. Oh and I have a moss ball. I first saw them for ten bucks at a pet store, but my nieces husband got his for cheap and gave me one. One of the shrimp is on top of it right now. It is a living plant thingy. Feels like a sponge.

So...how is everyone's pets?

My brass cat that I picked up at a second-hand store is doing just fine. Anyone know where I can get a Lying Cat?
