X-Men 3
Anytime i will help.
"They are a curious thing, these emotions. How they fly in the face of logic, how they overrule the most basic instincts. Because, in the measure of time, in the measure of humanity, we sense those self-indulgent instincts to be a weakness, we sense that the needs of the community must outweight the desires of the one. Only when we admit to our failures and recognize our weaknesses can we rise above them. Together." -Drizzt Do'Urden

The cast list of X-Men 3 is up at IMDB.
Highlight for some of the cast...
......................................................................................
It looks like Colossus, Multiple Man, Avalanche, Angel, Juggernaut, and the aformentioned Beast will be included in this third go around. No Longshot, Forge, or Hellfire Club though...BUGGER!

Gambit's an interesting character, but I'd like to see the movies run along the lines of the comics as far as the appearance of characters go. Myself, I'd like to see some of the original and the "middle" characters appear in the movies before some of the newer comic book characters.
Characters like Nightcrawler, Colossus, and Angel (though I never much cared for the Angel character) fit as far as some of the earlier characters. I could see Gambit coming in X-Men 4 or 5.
Thinking about it some more, to do a Hellfire Club plot-line thoroughly would take more than the running time of a single movie. I could see the story of The Hellfire Club taking two movies or an entire trilogy to fully tell. It might make a nice stand alone series, finally tying into an X-Men movie in a sort of Jason vs. Freddie kind of movie.

A lot of possible X-Men plot lines are so large and involved that they'd be difficult to translate onto film, more than just The Hellfire Club. There's also the Age of Apocalypse, The Plot-arc with Exodus as well as many others. But, from what I've seen (may or may not have been mentioned already, probably has been), the Phoenix Arc, in disputable complexity, seems to be next in the movie chronology.

Yea they are aiming for the story line behind the Phoenix.

My sister and I caught the allusion to it at the end of X 2 and presumed, at least hoped, that it was foreshadowing.

saw the trailer!!! oh yeah. It looks apocalyptic. Withoug Apocalyps of course. But... I wasn't sure but now I wanna see. Beast doesn't look so bad and Juggernaut looks tiny nut everything has a reality look to it.
so I got a new mac and many postings on this site are invisible. Maybe I'll try a different browser

Hilight for more cast and characters...

Mei Melancon is slotted to play Psylocke. It'll be interesting to see which version of Psy we'll be shown in the movie. Kea Wong is being listed as playing Jubilee. Shauna Kain is listed as playing Siryn. From the way the three of them are listed in the credits, it seems as if they may only have brief appearances.

May 26...start counting, campers.
Not really looking forward to the Phoenix story line. It was never one of my favorites.
