Ah, it's gone Gold! For any of you who know not what that means, and what the significance is, let me essplain...
Going Gold for games means that the game has been completed in all its forms (including the packaging and such) and is now ready for shipment to retailers.
In the case of S.T.A.L.K.E.R., it will be available for sale on March 20, 2007.

The other part of the 'big deal' of this particular game is the fact that they started making it about 5 years ago or so... but just kept on having problems with it. It may be great, or it may look dated. *aldan shrugs* We'll see. Oh, yes. We. Will....
