Well, poodle! The bleeding thing won't allow chat at all. It appears that Java is enabled, but it's saying that Chat is blocked. *sigh*

Nope, it's the third...
I am using a computer at a school library, and they won't allow chat.

Now, you do see that it not prohibit going onto websites, so I can come on here. However, the computer is set up to block any and all chat programs, even if they're a part of a website.
