Trying to remember the name of a Band

I am looking for the name of this band That I saw a video of a long time ago.
You know how you can never remember the name of something when you are looking for it?

what I do remember is they had a funny name that made no sense.

the singer was a black lady.

in the one video fish were flying threw a orange painted room.

in the other video the story in the song was told by the band members sticking there head threw carnival comic foregrounds.

there were three band members, The other two were white guyes.

Quite possibly from england.
