Okay this is probably one of the best anime titles to come out within the last couple of years.
"High school of the Dead" took a lot of the plot elements from George Romero's "Living Dead" movies, and transported it to a Japanese High School setting.
What was supposed to be an ordinary day for a bunch of students turns into anything but ordinary. An infection breaks out, turning people into zombies. Now Takashi, his friends, and the school nurse must defend themselves against hordes of the undead. They also must find out what exactly happened to the world.
